Concession Stand Info
It is encouraged that EVERY EMHS Soccer Parent/Guardian work two to three shifts at the concession stand during the season. If your son is on JV then it is advised that you sign up for a slot to work during a Girls or Boys Varsity game so you can watch your son play. And if your son is on Varsity then sign up to work a shift during a Boys JV or Girls Varsity game. Sign up below!
How to Work The Concession Stand

learn how to work the concession stand. It is easy and fun!
POINT OF SALE HANDHELDS

Take the customer's order

Click each item ordered on the handheld

Click the bottom blue button that says charge

Choose card or cash

Insert their card in the card slot on the bottom of the handheld OR let them tap to pay

Gather their items or have another worker gather the items while you're handling the checkout

Ask if they want a receipt

ONLINE PICKUP ORDERS
There is an iPad at the second window to manage online pickup orders. The customer will order from the website while they're in line or while they're watching a game. They will pay for their order online. You will just retrieve their order and have it ready for them to pickup.

The order will come through on a banner on the iPad. It will come through as the customer's name. Orders from the handhelds at the other window also come through the iPad but they're labeled "POS Customer". Ignore those orders.

Once you see the order come through you might have to refresh the screen to see the name and the order details.

Gather their items, label them, then place them in the window to pickup.

Once the customer comes to pickup their order ask their name then "Mark as Fulfilled" on the order
